Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website at rankradar.io (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Site.

These terms do not govern the RankRadar platform provided at app.rankradar.io. Access to that platform is governed exclusively by the commercial agreement concluded with the relevant customer, and in the event of any inconsistency that agreement prevails.

All product interfaces, listings, rankings, scores, charts, figures and notifications displayed on the Site are illustrative demonstrations produced for the purpose of describing the service. They do not constitute live data, customer data, historical results, benchmarks or forecasts, and no representation is made that any figure shown is or resembles an actual measurement.

The game titles, operator names and artwork appearing on the Site were created from scratch for demonstration purposes. They are fictitious. They are not intended to depict, identify, reference or evaluate any actual game, product, brand or operator. Any correspondence between a name shown on the Site and the name of an existing game or operator, and any similarity between the artwork shown and existing game artwork or thumbnails, is coincidental and unintended.

Statements on the Site describing the service itself — including crawl frequency, coverage and retention periods — are made as statements of fact about the service.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, reserve any service, or oblige either party to proceed. Commercial terms, including pricing, are agreed separately and in writing.

The Site and its contents, including text, design, artwork, code and layout, are owned by RankRadar or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may access and view the Site, and may quote limited extracts with attribution. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Site or its contents without prior written consent.

Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

You must not:

• interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Site, or attempt to obtain access to any part of it that is not published;
• use automated means to access, copy or extract material from the Site at a rate or volume exceeding ordinary human use, or use it to transmit automated or unsolicited communications;
• submit false, misleading or third-party information through the enquiry form; or
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.

The Site contains links to resources operated by third parties. Those resources are subject to their own terms and privacy practices, and we accept no responsibility for their content or availability.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, commercial or legal advice, and no reliance should be placed on it as such.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss of profit, revenue, business or anticipated saving, arising out of or in connection with use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
